Powerful, super effective, and easy to use photobioreactors of different sizes utilizing microalgae to deliver clean Hamptons quality air to your oil, gas or coal power plants, skyscrapers, home, any space that needs clean air free of pollutants like carbon dioxide, monoxide, formaldehyde, or pm2.5(particulate matter). These bioreactors can also be adapted for cleaning wastewater without producing secondary chemicals or contamination.

Our Mission
During Earth’s early planetary stage, the first life forms were mainly a primordial, bubbling concoction of algae cells with a huge appetite for any poison it could get to: methane, carbon dioxide and monoxide, nitrates, phosphates, any gaseous or solid poison that would kill most modern lifeforms on contact. While devouring all of that, algae produced pure oxygen and various sugars. That is how ancient algae created Earth’s atmosphere and life as we know it. Every algae cell is built as a sophisticated and effective chemical plant that uses the sun’s energy to break down toxic substances and turn them into oxygen and carbohydrates in a process called photosynthesis. More than 5 billion years later, we decided to replicate nature’s wonderful behavior and apply it to help humans to deal with today’s major challenges such as air and water pollution, health, agriculture, and even local flora and fauna restoration.
Here at Algae Creations we’re working diligently to unleash the power of microalgae to bring fresh Hamptons quality air to polluted cities or dwellings, as well as deliver pure drinkable water to communities suffering from polluted or contaminated water, along with wastewater management.

We have built a microalgae bioreactor to purify air and water. The microalgae can filter a wide variety of common pollutants, such as formaldehyde, ammonia, and carbon dioxide. The bioreactor facilitates the regulation of the microalgae— its life cycle— as well as cycling all the necessary gasses and water. Specifically, our technology ensures that the algal life cycle can continue indefinitely. When polluted air is funneled into the reactor, for instance with a high concentrate of carbon dioxide, the algae absorbs the carbon and outputs oxygenated air which can then be circulated.
Projects
Local Law 97, which took effect in 2024, is a new requirement for buildings over a certain size in NYC to lower greenhouse gas emissions by a significant percentage. We believe that our bioreactor can meet the need for air purification. More information can be found at: https://accelerator.nyc/ll97
